I needed it while I was transitioning from a DSL to Cable connection, but I think I'll keep it as my primary firewall https://www.pfsense.org/ Requires a dedicated PC with at least two network cards, tho. Don't know if a #SingleBoard computer is up to the task -- my 350MHz PIII wasn't.

    @rudism Alarming. But you're right, for the last few years I've made non-commercial clients rely on MS's own AV. Commercial clients have all had commercial AV suites over which I've had no say.

    @ericxdu23 Yes, I've used ClamAV to scan clients' Windows computers by booting them with Linux on a USB drive. Handy, and a guaranteed clean boot.
