   Actually #fsw folks seem pretty cool about terminology. We do have the "mad genius who can save the world" problem, though. Lots of those.

   It's also a daunting task. Take apart Flickr? Facebook? Foursquare? That's a big job. Combine two small networks? Easy-peasy.

   @mlinksva There have also been some efforts at serverless networks; I think they're misguided, but whatever.

    I'll see what I can do. Didn't read through carefully. I think widespread use of PubSubHubbub belies the "small network" problem.

    I don't like "decentralized" because it has an overtone of dismantling something. I like "federated" because it's about joining together.
