Just tryin' out #lynx and !gnusocial. A bit tricky with !qvitter enabled, but going to /main/login and making sure qvitter is off will do the trick.

Did you fix your "fancy URLs" before or after trying !qvitter? That's one possible issue at least.

I noticed a visitor can now access the !GNUsocial UI of !Qvitter instances with quitter .es/main/public. GOOD (Search,RSS,etc.) :-) Thx @mmn

@hannes2peer Yeah, you don't want most of the scripts (but if the Action is sent along, any plugins should be able to use 'instanceof' to determine whether it should inject or not). But you probably do want all of the <link> elements, since they contain important metadata like RSS feeds for things that !qvitter hasn't added yet - and it shouldn't require double the wor…

@gmorehou No, as Quitter _is_ !gnusocial with the !qvitter plugin ;)
(there are minor issues that creep up occasionally, but nothing regarding federation, mostly stuff like expected metadata or html head elements or something. Last was missing OpenID info but was solved quickly)

Developing is too fun. Especially when I generally just complete stuff I've half-completed previously and I just have to put the final touches on them. Welcome #HTML5 video support to !gnusocial (and !qvitter as soon as the patches come through).

@postblue ce0b221 is the one I have now. And it will require upgrade.php to be run. If you get lots of warning stuff, run 'php scripts/clean_file_table.php -y' to remove what is most probably old #qvitter uploaded avatars (not sure yet, but it's nothing important anyway)

@hannes2peer Nä precis. Och det tar säkert typ en timme då ni har jättemycket större databas än vad jag har ens på quitter.es (fast 1h är nog absolut max vad det borde kunna ta...).
Märkte förövrigt en bugg i !qvitter och med detta - när jag backspace:ar på ett 4byte-tecken (det är bara de som inte funkar för dig btw) så måste jag göra det två gånger! :D
