@musicman That would make sense. Locals would remember which businesses were hassle-free and non-hostile. Once it turns from a demonstration to a riot, though, no one is safe. -

The MPD has a long history of bad attacking. The force needs to be completely gutted. It is a difficult political task and I don't think the rioters have helped the cause.
