If DC wasn't shut down, some of the protests might produce alerts on a secondary system.
Because the secondary system does not use geographical location to decide which alerts one receives, I would be getting alerts, because currently assigned supervisor works in DC. -

Now that I'm not talking on my phone daily, I get more spam calls than real calls and more spam texts than real texts. It may be time to re-examine whether a phone offers enough utility to be worth the price. -

$EMPLOYER has a couple of emergency alert systems, and the organization above has another one. Anyway, I was in Louisiana and a tropical storm was headed our way. I haven't tried modifying the pom.xml directly yet, which is what the PR suggests. The PR hasn't been merged yet and all the tests seemed to have failed, so I can't say I have high hopes.
Still, testing environment might have limitations my environment does not -
