One of the things that's only really clear 30 years later—and actually really interesting—is just how excellent the #soundtrack to #BillAndTed's Excellent Adventure was: it seems to have perfectly captured a lot things—most obviously the nature of #1980s rock music, but most interestingly by having the prescience to cast the big acts so of-the-era that #popculture pretty much forgot them all a few decades on. -
