     @jookia "go down that road", we've always been down that road. There's been work put into separating and finding the upstream sources for stuff in order to use existing packages, but I most certainly don't want to rely on remote sources. If we use something like composer or whatever then we should keep local copies of all the packages. And that's work we should do before migrating to requiring remote repositories.
