     @copyme #OsmAnd~ is my primary choice and can be found in F-Droid. There is also "Maps.me" but it isn't quite as clearly !FOSS, because it has unclear license of artwork as I understand it, and whatever else they list in this thread: https://github.com/mapsme/omim/issues/85

     @chalkahlom @copyme The #F-Droid version, called OsmAnd~ (with ~ at the end) is without limits. It's only OsmAnd in Google Play that has the arbitrary 10 country limit: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OsmAnd#Download_.26_installation

     @discussthang Locus appears to be proprietary software. I wouldn't recommend anyone to be abused by software, as one gets by running proprietary code.

     @discussthang Also one seems to be required to have a Google Spy account. That seems like a bad choice for anyone who just wants an offline map that works.
