Wearing glasses AND my contact lenses definitely helps when sitting at the computer all day for the #workyjob. It's when i get up from my desk, for !coffee, a break, or whatever, and I forget to take off the glasses that makes me a bit disoriented and think "Why are things so out of focus?" until I remember...
