     @inscius In Sweden dumpsterdiving is illegal too as it's "egenmäktigt förfarande". But my understanding is that the general population thinks it's ok - at least once they are presented with the sheer amounts of perfectly fine stuff you can find.
     
     (and of course as long as you don't make a mess, such as emptying bags on the ground etc, but there's another part of the law taking care of littering :P)
