     @imojito @hannes2peer Yeah, thumbnails aren't generated until first view. They could be queued and handle with daemons instead, I guess, but they should really not be created when the notice is being saved.
     Consider uploading a video or a huge PDF or something which has to be rendered into a thumbnail. Then you get performance issues (and memory and PHP...).

     @imojito @hannes2peer Yeah I'm pretty sure the attachment/thumbnail has to be accessed in a way apparently not done by !qvitter's API request. #Bugalicious!
