     @shevek 100 Mb/s connection, but only about 1MiB/s throughput for tor. Might increase in the future. Runs on just an ordinary machine I had lying around.

     @shevek I don't see why not. Anyone can setup an exit node at any time, so external IP has little to do with it. Worst case would be you have to restart tor when your IP switches.

     Usually you have the same lease until powerouts or (though unusual) reboots. So it should be safe .)

     Sounds like something I'd file a customer complaint regarding and then switch ISP if they don't fix it ASAP :)
