   Ooh, no. I haven't, but I've got some of those components separately. None of the NO/CO2 sensors though.

     The components used on that "shield" are ubiquitous and common enough to have libraries for the Arduino platform as well - if Raspberry Pi would be too expensive per unit. (somewhat harder to transfer the info then though).
