Looking for #businesscard examples that include email + social addresses + OpenPGP fingerprint. Trying to design for !libreplanet meetups...

Trying to resist the urge to put way too much info on my #businesscard. Failing....

Got my new #FOSS hacker #businesscards done up in time for !libreplanet (yeah, went with the #TMI design; testing it #emperically...): https://status.hackerposse.com/attachment/6871

XMPP/email, acct: uri and a QR code + related link in ASCII to wherever one might find updated and extended info. Shouldn't that be enough? .)

I'm a fan of #hardcopy #plaintext #PGP fingerprints ☺
-
Oh right, forgot that. My bad.
-
Actually, I'm a fan of #hardcopy #plaintext for a lot of things. Maybe that marks me as an #old fogey. Hope the bright #flashy #color + visual #noise of my #businesscard is #compensating enough! ☺

Stuff with infinite battery life are awesome. #books

@rozzin I keep my business cards pretty simple; website, email, phone. Honestly, I could trim off email and phone and be happy.
-
Also, @mmn, I think at some point you broke #gnusocial's support for my #webfinger redirector that mapped from acct:rozzin@hackerposse.com to http://status.hackerposse.com/rozzin :p
-
bwaahahaha
-
Hmm, is it because your hackerposse.com/.well-known/host-meta points the LRDD to status.hackerposse.com/.well-known/webfinger?resource={uri} and thus ends the "acct:rozzin@hackerposse.com" to your #GNUsocial instance which doesn't know of that (without "status.") - and it should really point to its own domain?
(or one could allow a more liberal lookup, to include pre-configured domain name aliases or something)
-
"ends the lookup for acct:.... at"*
-
@mmn, that's exactly it. I didn't say you were wrong to break my lousy #hack on #webfinger, just that you did :p
-
Then how did your instance know of the "acct:rozzin@hackerposse.com" alias before?
-
@mmn, my install never knew which full acct URLs it was supporting; þe olde #StatusNet #XRD code just ignored the domain altogether, until you rewrote it as the #WebFinger plugin (2013-09-30 17:13:03 / a0e107f17f27bc1dfc49de2a4493a461213e782e).
