Funny thing is this ticketing system is free as in beer but not as in freedom. It runs on apache, but only runs on Windows. It works wrong. -

It runs on SQLite bv default but I think it will do MS SQL. It's also partly a Rails app. Why they build it on Windows I don't know. -

@gomerx, I guess it was something of an opaque pun. It sounded like you had a system `taking on water' and constantly needing to be bailed out due to architectural goofs. Like building a basement below sea level. -
