   Over the last seven days my mail server received 2113 messages, 1514 of which were classified as spam. The server hosts six mailboxes and 16 mailing lists (which re-distributed less than 10 messages).

     I use POPfile to identify spam. Takes about two weeks to train the filter, then I get 98.3% accuracy (from POPfile's own statistics) http://getpopfile.org/
