   I would call this a !security hole: Firefox 23 Release Notes: "Enable JavaScript" preference checkbox has been removed and user-set values will be reset to the default

     Also, #Firefox v23 dropped "text-decoration:blink" That's still conformant with CSS2.1, but that choice should be user-selectable #StupidFirefoxUpgrades

     More #StupidFirefoxUpgrades: There's no way to turn off images in #Firefox v23; I can't find an option in about:config either. That'll make it more difficult to do a quick'n'dirty check for #accessibility
