     Apparently a local group isn't selected instead of a federated group unless the names are fully qualified. So again: Just created !Ubuntu@sn.jonkman.ca and !Ubuntuca@sn.jonkman.ca !Fedgroups for the !Fediverse on http://sn.jonkman.ca/ !VivaLaFederation (and I'll add URLs just in case: http://sn.jonkman.ca/group/ubuntu http://sn.jonkman.ca/group/ubuntuca/ )

     …and worse, a fully qualified group name like !ubuntu@sn.jonkman.ca doesn't seem to work at all (that should go to http://sn.jonkman.ca/groups/ubuntu ) !Fedgroups

     For now, I've left the Identi.ca groups for !Ubuntu and !Ubuntuca so the default groups should be the ones on http://sn.jonkman.ca/groups

     I was hoping once the Pump.io servers support groups and a StatusNet bridge is in place, that all the former Identi.ca groups will magically work on Federated SN instances again. But if I have to leave Identi.ca groups to get local and other remote groups to work then I'll be sad and somewhat annoyed.
