Strange. After today's round of testing updates, my !debian won't start the #gnome desktop : more or less black screen :-/
-
@oberger: This could be the reason: http://ur1.ca/ehn8l
-
@lhofm yes, that's it, http://ur1.ca/ehrt8 :-/
-
@oberger @lhofm Wha! I was just about to dist-upgrade too. I updated a few days ago and gcalc disappeared, guess I won't get it back soon :(
-
@jacobwb gcalctool is replaced by gnome-calculator; upgrading the former should install the latter.
-
Solution is to either downgrade gnome-bluetooth or upgrade gnome-shell.
-
Press ALT+F2 and type gnome-calculator. Will be fixed with an update.
-
@pehjota @gdk Actually, gcalc nor gnome-calculator show up in gnome-shell's applications menu, and running either via Alt+F2 doesn't work.
-
@gdk @pehjota I'm sure it will be (or already is) fixed, but with other stuff breaking in the testing repository, I think I'll wait awhile.

hehe had same issue, but so far the kernel still boots into shell its not the biggest distaster :-D it's fixed already (at least with sid)
