   I'm looking for a good lightweight distro for an iBook G4 PowerPC 512 RAM (Unity, KDE4 or Gnome3 won't work). Any suggestions? !linux !gnu

     you can try with a Debian distro, using LXDE or XFCE desktop, I think Debian still mantaining the powerpc arch.

     or try with NetBSD, but, is a little hard to use =S

     There's powerpc isos at debian website so i think it will be ok... And NetBSD will be too hard, yes ¬_¬U
