   If you have a solfege dev-snapshot installed from !GNU !PPA then: sudo apt-get remove solfege-data solfege; sudo apt-get install solfege

     So far you want to install the 3.20.8 stable release... and if you want to keep the developer snapshot then maybe add ppa:dns/test for now
