     The problem is that I forgot it in laptop from last night! I have to learn to put it back to camera right after work :)

     @redi44 yes, I 'trained' myself into a routine where I transfer images each evening, do all the steps, even if I do it sleepwalking :)

     @redi44 also, I have a little pouch where I keep spare SD cards and spare batteries, and that always goes with me and my camera

     @redi44 here's another little trick: when I take the card out to transfer images, I put the camera in a safe place, and leave the door ..

     I usually pack the dSLR into my bag immediately (I have only one spare lens), so I could just grab it whenever I go somewhere :)
