It's amazing that even though they're aware of issues in #publishing, #PhDComics doesn't see that #OpenAccess doesn't solve the main issue. -

@b4stian it's man in the middle. I believe intermediates are to be left in the past. We have all the technology that makes them obsolete. -

@mdim You need a neutral entity to select reviewers and accept/reject the paper. That can't be a computer. But maybe the swarm. -
