Well, some of us that run our own instances try to document the setup and running of SN. I have a list started here: http://url.jpope.org/j6 that may help you all out. Most everything on your wiki page will be doable. So be sure to have whoever will be doing the majority of the SN config to not hesitate on asking us questions. ;)
