   @jbfavre Ok, I figured it out. The private option works in conjunction with the group dropdown. If you click private and its set to everyone, it will not be private. But, if you pick a particular group, it’ll only go to that group.

     @jbfavre Actually, the private notices don’t go to remote groups. Also, I’m not sure that the private notices federate…
