If your process is to give me a spreadsheet to print out, sign and mail, then you type it back in, you are going to have expect some #errors

Last I checked, registering a car w/ my city+state #govt involved *multiple* `type in, print out, mail to someone who does the same' cycles.

Multiple `read→type→print→mail' layers meant I had to visit City Hall to undo normalisations on my registration every year, for a while.

When you do it every week and make a single mistake in 8 years, do they yell at you to "make sure this never happens again!"
