@silner Until we get to !copyright abolition, we have to live with !copyright monopoly law. I think !CC NC is better than © ...
-
@laurelrusswurm it's much better to have a choice. Not everyone is ready to license his works under #cc
-
@dothidden Agreed. Although it pains me, I could accept © all rights reserved if we were left alone/allowed to compete w/ Creative Commons…
-
@dothidden …that radical ideas like #Indie !selfPub and !CreativeCommons licenses mean it's only a matter of time until !copyright abolition
-
@dothidden Allowed to ease into it, most artists are likley to embrace !cc and !copyleft (especially when fans melt away if they don't)
-
@laurelrusswurm most of the fans have no benefit of the #cc
-
@laurelrusswurm just measure amount of works on #flickr under #cc and (c)
-
@dothidden Sure they do; fans want to share w/friends. Traded vinyl in my day, modern equivalent is digital copies !copyright #iinfringemnt

@dothidden there is a ton of !cc work on flickr but © all rights reserved is the default...you have to understand that to change; most don't
