   And AT&T’s network wasn’t capable of handling the large influx of traffic yesterday in Dixon. I was hardly able to place a call or text throughout the day yesterday in Dixon. Pulling any data was out of the question as well.

     Part of the issue could have been that Dixon’s population is around 15,000 and there were 15,000 tickets sold for yesterday’s event.
