   back on the #Alfresco train...which might be the #docker train. something weird was happening, so I blew it all away. We will see if the new stuff has the same issue.

     here's what I have learned. With the Alfresco docker-compose.yml, you must use 'docker-compose stop'. You can't stop individual containers. I suspect this is common place. However, you can also not use 'docker-compose restart' after stopping. This will leave nginx not knowing where to send traffic (504...probably something in the docker networking stack, but who cares, right?) …
