   Started watching #HBO's #Chernobyl. Compellingly grim. There was an excellent documentary a few years ago (say ten, maybe twenty), on the strength of which I couldn't see how the story was dramatisable (not a word, thankfully). Even with broad artistic licence, composite characters, etc. I was wrong.

     Reflecting on my personal life for the last couple of decades, as I have been lately, it's alarming how seductive is that Soviet way of thinking. i.e.: Everything is fine.
