   My 3½ hour shift expanded today, as has been the rule in recent months, this time to 10 hectic hours. Good Friday will be spent on domestic chores, then it's up again for a 6am start on Saturday, finishing Lord-knows-when. I'm still enjoying most of it, but I'm not sure "casual" is the right adjective for this kind of #work.

     I simply can't keep burning the candle at one end. I barely get a moment to myself. Except for all those moments I get to myself.
