   #Umeå kommun has a new guest wifi enabled in all municipal facilities. Oddly enough, despite this year being 2017, it's unencrypted. No authentication = no !security. When will they learn?

     I seem to remember @mikael talking about authentication-free encrypted wifi (client/AP negotiate the encryption key). But either way, that's probably a couple of years away before hardware/software in general starts supporting it.
