I'm considering replacing http://sn.jonkman.ca with httpS://gs.jonkman.ca -- After the bifurcation I found that I didn't really miss the corpus of old messages from identi.ca that didn't get transferred. I was much more interested in the up-to-date conversation threads than in re-reading old messages

But what do I do with http://sn.jonkman.ca/groups ? Do I leave the old (non-httpS) site running just to service the groups? Or do I re-create them on the new httpS site, and make everyone re-subscribe? It seems people don't really re-subscribe when groups change -- compare !coffee on vinilux (2657 subscribers) with !coffee on sn.jonkman.ca (39 subscribers).
