    This would make an excellent basic model for the structure of the proton. Instead of all of the red, you just need three spheres - red, green, and blue. The glass in between each pair of spheres would be a mix of the color of the two spheres. I'll bet that would look cool. Any chance you can share your test scene so I could try running it and modifying it to make the "proton" I just described?
