@mk I felt bed about just selling something that my stepdad gave me as a gift so I thought Id use it as a burner phone so at least then it gets some use.
My android phone is dual SIM as well, so if I decide the iPhone 6 is a pain, I'll just put the second sim in my android and nothings been lost but some time.

I've decided that since it only costs me an addition 10$ to add a new phone to my existing plan I'll use the iPhone 6 my stepdad gave me as a burner, so to speak, that I can give to all these companies that insist on having your phone number, rather than my actual normal one.

If I end up not needing it/liking it/whatever then there's nothing really lost and at least I'll know it was working and I was using it myself, prior to selling it.
