Guess we found where Leah Rowe hopes to make her money. While @bob speculates that the primary users are government or finance, I suspect he's being charitible. I personally suspect that the primary users are no one, because that's a ridiculous amount of money.
I like that they still use rms's name to sell the product even after Leah disowned him in that attack ad style page she did.

Moreover, government contract tendering, here in Canada at least, is significantly based on who charges the least with a supply contract, so I can bet you confidently there's none of those boxes over here.
