I actually have a couple of tube tops and spaghetti straps I don't mind wearing too much but truth be told I don't wear tops unless I'm going out anyways so most of the tops I have are of the "I wanna look respectable for going out" variety.

The arthitis gets bad in the chest area sometimes and tops and bras end up feeling uncomfortable and constricting so in my room I tend not to wear them and usually just have a tshirt or something hanging off the footboard of the bed for when I have to go out into the rest of the house.
