@archaeme I grepped through the code for 'unknown error' and didn't find anything mysql related at all so I can only assume that postActiv is passing on a descriptive-as-fuck error message from mysql, but you'd think the mysql error log would have something.  Some MySQL packaging disables the error log by default though.
