     I found a nice RFC-lite track software, but it looks kind of complicated to set up and my mind's all over the place because of the condition.  I'll try, but for now, you can discuss stuff there.

     Its just a thing for allowing documents to be created and commented on, not specific to RFC/RFC-lite type stuff, but it should do what we need.  It just doesn't have packages so you get to do things the old fashioned way.  Not normally a problem I guess but my mind being this drugged kind of ups the difficulty level.  A little.
