I'm in an indescribable amount of pain, so apologies in advance if: A, I'm super rambly and possibly incoherent, and B: suddenly stop posting, because it's entirely likely the pain paralysis will claim me again before too long

@bob I've been on this stuff long enough that the body's built up a resistance, but there aren't many things of similar strength to try as an alternative.

@bob Gabapentin can be effective with this kind of pain but you generally have to take it in unsafe doses (and pain relief is an off-scrip use for gabapentin, it's typically used for epilepsy), I've already probably got enough celecoxib in my system to fail employment drug tests at will, Thebacon, along with having an amusing name is a possibility but it's regulated …

@bob And name any one of those and you're only affecting one or two different "types" or "flavours" of pain. I got the whole flavour fucking rainbow going on when this is bad.
