@gameragodzilla And I wouldn't even be surprised if it does, myself. DRM like that is very system intensive because it's doing so many integrity checks all the time.
-
@gameragodzilla Oh no, your 100FPS framerate is now 130FPS, how terrible :P
But the bigger point is that it definitely lead to appreciable performance gains, which shows how poorly designed the DRM was, that it was causing a consistent FPS drop.

@gameragodzilla Devs get roped into contracts where they MUST have DRM sometimes too. Its also why sometimes its been removed (when its causing problems and the contract lapses).
I suspect contract lapses over support of the product has been whats causing Denuvo, practically speaking. Denuvo can't fix the problems that occur and still gets cracked so companies have issues with them.

@gameragodzilla Yep that's pretty much exactly why.
Might be worth poking the devs to put it on GOG connect if youd like it there.

@gameragodzilla Lobby the devs :)
-
@gameragodzilla Im not being cheeky saying that by the way, most of the games that have been on Connect have been a direct result of people saying to devs and gog on social media they want to get those games on GOG
-
@gameragodzilla Who knows if they'd respond individually but many of the existing games that have gone through connect have been a result of social media buzz.

@gameragodzilla Did you tweet with the twits? :)
