     @takeshitakenji @moonman @hannes2peer Happened entirely out of the blue for Moon too, no idea why it happened or why setting the quotas explicitly fixed it, but it did.

     @takeshitakenji @moonman @hannes2peer Yeah, I'm aware, but for some reason, they were getting read as `0` for Moon.  I think an upstream change might have broke something.
