   OK, it looks like what happens is the "public" permissions model is still defaulting most things to "only team members"

     Went through all the projects, all features that are enabled in postActiv projects for the main software and the plugins, should be visible at all permissions levels now.

     I updated the gitlab on the !postActiv gitlab instance in the process of doing this so let me know if this results in any oddness.
