Going to give a final once-over of the /lib/ dir but I *think* I've gotten all the ServerException children unified now.

I was wrong, folding a few more in.

Okay, all the other ones are ClientException based I think, so going to call it there for now, that was a good little spot of work but quite productive, especially since it will expose a lot more information about errors.
Making more informative messages will be the next piece of that puzzle, but I definitely made some good headway here.
