     @MattMcMill2 Agreed, vote e-counting is not perfect so tabulating machines need Open Source code & manual recount requests always honoured

     @MattMcMill2 In Canada each candidate can appoint a scrutineer at each polling station to supervise the count, VERY labour intensive
