@karl My first thought is that a !Tor hidden !GNUsocial site might need an application level proxy to translate the .onion address in all the URLs transmitted in messages. It would need to be a two-way proxy. But then I thought that would defeat the whole point of a Tor hidden service, even if it does hide the location of the actual server.
