@mk I managed to do that - 15 bulbs in all, using bamboo sticks to mark out places first: hard work, actually, my right wrist now hurts. :( but, it's all done so I'm happy, and looking forward to next spring to see what comes up (as opposed to the poor single white grape hyacinth that was all the #bulbs found in my #garden).
