@solariiknight So a good set of moderators and a small enough people-per-instance ratio is the way to go.
If people want to post shit they can register anything anywhere and spam links to it in any forum. So there's no preventing the act from happening, only minimising damage and showing support to the ones who get hurt so they don't have to be ashamed or whatever.
