    Ugh. Forwarding all these completion certificates to the HQ address where TechTeam / Field IT members were supposed to be sending them. Instead, they’re sending them to the Field IT list.
    
    It might be understandable for a TCom Specialist to do this, but most of these people are doing mostly onsite helpdesk stuff and should know better.
