   Yesterday and this morning, there seems to be a higher than normal number of emergency vehicles (police / policia, fire / bomberos, ambulance) driving down the nearby highway with their sirens blaring.
   
   AFAIK, nothing is happening. Even the local news sources have nothing besides the local schools shutting down because of COVID-19.

Potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions: out. Meat (beef, turkey, chicken, pork): very little left (mostly various kinds of sausages and pre-sliced luncheon meats).
